24LC16B 16Kb I2C Serial EEPROM
I2C Serial EEPROM, 16Kb (2048 x 8), 2.5–5.5V, DIP-8/SOIC-8/TSSOP-8. Address pins A0–A2 are No Connect (NC), block addressing is handled internally via the I2C address byte.
24LC256 256Kb I2C Compatible 2-Wire Serial EEPROM
I2C Serial EEPROM, 256Kb (32768 x 8), 2.5–5.5V, DIP-8/SOIC-8/TSSOP-8/DFN-8. Up to 8 devices on one bus via A0–A2 address pins.
25LC256 / 25LCxxx SPI Serial EEPROM Family
SPI Serial EEPROM family (25LC010A–25LC1024), 1.8–5.5V, DIP-8/SOIC-8/TSSOP-8. Pinout identical across the family.
2N2222A / PN2222 NPN Bipolar Transistor
Ubiquitous NPN silicon planar bipolar junction transistor for high-speed medium-power switching and general-purpose amplifier applications. Max 40V, 800mA, 500mW.
2N3904 NPN General-Purpose Bipolar Transistor
Widely used general-purpose NPN bipolar junction transistor for low-power amplification and switching. Max 40V, 200mA, 625mW. Complementary pair to 2N3906 (PNP).
74HC00 Quad 2-Input NAND Gate
Quad 2-input NAND gate in high-speed CMOS logic. 2–6V supply. Each gate output is the inverted AND of its two inputs. Pin-compatible with 74LS00 and CD4011B.
74HC04 Hex Inverter
Six independent single-input inverter gates in high-speed CMOS logic. 2–6V supply. Each gate output is the logic complement of its input. Pin-compatible with 74LS04.
74HC08 / 74LS08 Quad 2-Input AND Gate
Quad 2-input AND gate. Available in 74LS (low-power Schottky TTL) and 74HC (high-speed CMOS) families, pin-compatible. Output is HIGH only when both inputs are HIGH.
74HC125 Quad 3-State Non-Inverting Buffer
Quadruple bus buffer gates with independent active-low output enables (~OE), frequently used for bus multiplexing and SPI chip-select isolation.
74HC138 3-to-8 Line Decoder / Demultiplexer
3-to-8 line decoder with active-low outputs. Three enable inputs (two active-low ~G2A/~G2B, one active-high G1) allow easy cascading. Complement of 74HC238 (active-high outputs).
74HC14 Hex Inverting Schmitt Trigger
Six independent Schmitt-trigger inverters in high-speed CMOS. 2–6V supply. Same pin-out as 74HC04 but with hysteresis on each input, making it suitable for noisy or slow-rising signals and oscillator circuits.
74HC165 8-Bit Parallel-In / Serial-Out Shift Register
8-bit parallel-load shift register. Pull ~PL LOW to latch parallel inputs D0–D7; then clock out serially via Q7 (or its complement ~Q7). ~CE (clock enable, Active Low) gates the clock. Commonly chained for reading multiple buttons or sensors over SPI.
Frequently Asked Questions & Transparency
Helpful information about data sources, usage, and privacy
Where does the pinout data and technical specification come from?
The pinout data and technical specifications are based on official manufacturer datasheets as well as publicly available documentation and community resources. As PinoutDatabase is an independent project maintained by me as an individual, I strive for high accuracy, though inadvertent mistakes can still happen.
Can I use the graphics and how are they created?
The SVG vector files and PNG graphics are free to download and use for private/personal purposes. Depending on the component, the diagrams are either crafted manually or generated automatically based on package footprint and pin definitions.
Found an error or missing a component? How can I give feedback?
Community feedback is always appreciated! If you spot an error or are missing a specific component, please use the 'Report Issue' button directly on that component's page or send me a message via the contact form.
Is the site free to use and how is privacy handled?
Currently, using PinoutDatabase is completely free and requires no registration. All interactive web tools run entirely client-side inside your browser. Detailed information regarding data processing can be found directly on our Privacy Policy page.
