How does this tool work?
Use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from photos or scans directly in the browser.
Select the image and set the language to be recognized. Click "Recognize Text", and the tool will analyze the image and display the recognized text in a text box. You can copy the text or save it as a TXT file – your images remain private on your system.

No inputs, passwords, cryptographic keys, texts, or uploaded files are ever sent to our servers or third parties. Once the page is loaded, the tool remains completely functional even offline.
