How does this tool work?
An interactive tool to slice and animate 2D sprite sheets.
The tool analyzes the uploaded image and splits it into a grid based on your specified frame width and height. You can select frames interactively by clicking them, define the sequence, and adjust play speed (FPS) and zoom. Everything runs fully locally in your browser, including exporting as a GIF.

All calculations, conversions, encodings, and file processing of this tool are executed exclusively locally via JavaScript on your client device. No inputs, passwords, cryptographic keys, texts, or uploaded files are ever sent to our servers or third parties. Once the page is loaded, the tool remains completely functional even offline.
