Monolithic DC-DC converter control circuit containing an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, duty cycle controlled oscillator with active peak current limit circuit, driver and high current output switch (1.5A peak). Capable of Step-Up (Boost), Step-Down (Buck), and Inverting operation.
