ICL7660 Switched-Capacitor Voltage Inverter
Monolithic CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converter that converts a positive input voltage (+1.5V to +10.0V) to an equivalent negative output voltage (-1.5V to -10.0V) with 99.9% conversion efficiency, requiring only two external capacitors.
