SN754410 Quadruple Half-H Motor Driver
Quadruple high-current half-H driver designed to provide bidirectional drive currents of up to 1A at voltages from 4.5V to 36V. Pin-compatible higher-current modern alternative to the popular L293D with internal output clamp diodes for inductive transient suppression.
